1. Introduction
Welcome to Appointfy. By accessing or using our website (appointfy.ai) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Appointfy is owned and operated by CYBER WAVE DIGITAL SOLUTIONS FZE, licensed in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
2. Services
Appointfy provides a SaaS platform for appointment booking and management. We act as a technical intermediary between Service Providers (Barbers/Salons) and End-Customers.
3. Accounts & Subscriptions
- Access: Access to the service requires an active paid subscription.
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance via our authorized reseller, Lemon Squeezy.
- Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled via your dashboard.
4. Marketplace Payments
For appointment payments, we use Stripe Connect. Appointfy facilitates the payment flow but is not a party to the direct service agreement between the Service Provider and the Customer.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Sharjah.
