Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. SaaS Subscription Policy (Non-Refundable)

  • Final Sale: Due to the digital nature of our software (SaaS), all subscription sales are final. Appointfy does not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any partial subscription periods or unused services.
  • No Free Trials: Immediate payment is required to access the platform features.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the subsequent cycle.

2. Appointment Booking Policy (Marketplace)

  • Platform Role: Appointfy is a booking platform, not a service provider.
  • Refunds: Refunds for appointments are subject to the specific cancellation policy of the Service Provider (Barber/Salon) you selected.
  • Disputes: Any disputes regarding service quality, missed appointments, or refunds must be resolved directly with the Service Provider. Appointfy is not responsible for issuing refunds on behalf of Service Providers.
