Why we built Appointfy
Appointfy started in 2025 with a simple observation: the businesses that need scheduling software the most β local salons, family clinics, neighborhood barbers, independent therapists β were the least served by it. Existing tools either forced their customers into yet another app, or required staff to babysit a calendar all day.
We are Cyber Wave Digital Solutions, a small independent software studio. We spent months talking to shop owners across Turkey, the Middle East, and Europe. The same answer came back every time: "my customers already use WhatsApp β why does my booking system not?"
So we built one that does. With Appointfy, customers send a single message on WhatsApp, the bot replies with a personalized booking link, the appointment lands directly in the staff's WhatsApp as a one-tap approval poll, and reminders go out automatically. No app to download. No login to remember. Nothing to teach your customers.
