Do I have to change my phone number?

Is this an official WhatsApp integration?
Yes. Appointfy runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform through a Meta-approved provider, so your number is not at risk of being blocked.
What if I want to approve every booking myself?
That is the default. Every request reaches you as a WhatsApp message with approve and reject buttons. If you prefer instant confirmation instead, you can switch it on.
Does it work on Instagram too?
Yes. The same account handles Instagram DMs, and clients who write to you there get the same booking link.
